Team Strength & Conditioning
Build a faster, stronger, and more resilient team with our comprehensive strength and conditioning programs designed specifically for teams. Whether you're preparing for the season ahead or maintaining performance mid-season, our programs focus on the key pillars of athletic success: speed, strength, power, jump mechanics, and injury prevention.
Each team program is custom-built around your team, competition schedule, training environment and can be instructed all at your own volleyball practice! We collaborate directly with coaches to ensure sessions complement practices — not compete with them — and are aligned with your team’s performance goals.
Sessions are 45 minutes in length to ensure a quality training session is accomplished while still leaving enough time for valuable volleyball specific skills. Accommodations can be made to adjust this time frame upon request.

Private & Semi-Private Training
This in-person training option is built for athletes who want focused, individualized coaching and a clear path toward performance goals. Whether you’re looking to improve strength, movement quality, jump mechanics, or prepare for a return to sport, this program is designed to meet you where you’re at — and accelerate you to accomplish your goals.
Sessions are offered 1-on-1 or in small groups of 2–3 athletes, allowing for personalized programming with the added energy and accountability of training alongside others.
The first session begins with an in-depth movement and vertical jump assessment combined with level 1 of our jump technique training. Here we focus on mobility, stability, coordination, and fundamental movement patterns as well as, mechanics, posture, and force application to help you jump higher, land safer, and move more efficiently.
From there, you'll receive a custom strength and performance program built around your position, training history, and goals. Every session includes a structured warm-up, strength/power/speed development, and regular performance tracking to monitor progress over time.
All sessions will be hosted at Revive Fitness located in Hamilton, ON unless otherwise requested.
